Contact us with a general idea of the type of site you wish. It is best if you have at least a general idea of what you want in order for us to best serve YOU! Below, we've tried to narrow down some basic costs involved in the creation and purchase of a site. Once your request is received, we will email you with a quote or if you wish, email us with your phone number, and we will contact you by phone.


General Site Costs:

A basic site normally runs about 3 to 5 pages with text and two or three images. The coordinating graphics (background, buttons, etc) are built into the cost of the site. The cost can be anywhere from $500.00 to $1,200.00 depending on content and the amount of graphics work required. Normal turnaround for a basic site is approximately one week.
A moderate site can be 5 to 12 pages with text and images. The cost of a site such as this could be anywhere from $1,200.00 to $3,500.00. You would provide the logo for this site. We would design the site; we could do some very basic alterations of the logo if necessary; we would create coordinating graphics, including buttons; and we would use some Java Script if appropriate. Normally you would provide the content. However, we are prepared to write the content in consultation with you or to edit your content if requested. Of course, this would increase the cost of your site. The turn around time for a site such as this would generally be two to four weeks from the time we received the all the content and the final approval of the design from you.

An extensive site is generally a corporate site that is more complex, generally requires more graphics work, and often requires more interactivity within the site. The cost will be determined in consultation with you depending on the size and complexity of the design.


How payments are made:

If you decide to use our services, we will create a PROPOSAL which includes a prototype "splash" (opening) page, a description of its navigational structure and a general description of the flow of the site. Once this Proposal is complete we will require a 50% down payment.

We will then begin the major design of your site. A number of the lead pages will be designed and uploaded to my own server for you to review and critique. Once you have given your final approval a further 25% of of the fee will be required.

The site design will be completed and the site will be uploaded to your server. The balance of the fee is due at that time.
